Today, my best friend asked me to join her WATER CHALLENGE. The idea is to drink the right amount of water each day. Since I’m already keeping a detailed sleep and food journal, I thought, “Well, what the heck, what’s one more thing?” Call me crazy. 😛
The goal is to drink half our body current weight in ounces per day.
weight 120 = 60 ounces
weight 140 = 70 ounces
weight 160 = 80 ounces
My favorite water cup is 16 oz, so the goal for me is to drink 4 or 5 of those a day.
It’s been super hot and humid where I live, so that shouldn’t be too difficult!
